The KCPA and it’s A.V Team are pleased to announce that the Audio Visual 2025 competition
will take place on 8th November 2025 at Crowborough Community Centre. Pine Grove. Crowborough TN6 1FE

Schedule of day

09.00 – 10.00    NEW   People arrive; refreshments available.

10.00 – 10.15                Introduction by Ray Beckwith We MUST start at 10.00

10.15 – 11.25                Session 1

11.25 - 11.45                 BREAK (20 min)

11.45 – 12.55                 Session 2

12.55 – 13.35                 LUNCH
Visitors are reminded to Bring and Packed Lunch with you.
Refreshments will be available at start of lunch

13.35 – 14.45                Session 3

14.45 – 15.05                 BREAK (20 min)

15.05 – 16.15                 Session 4

16.15 – 16.25                 Toilet Break; no refreshments

16.25 – 17.30                 Presentations

There will be free KCPA car parking clearly, signed on the day, in the Basepoint Private Car Park behind the Community Centre, accessed from Pine Grove. Park in any slots numbered B21 to B58 in the main car park or B1 to B20 in the car park exit road.
Do not use any other slots. There is pedestrian access from the west corner of the car park round to the front Community Centre entrance.

Information

Doors open at 10am and expected finish time is 5pm.

Our Judge for the event is Dick Williams ARPS DPAGB/AV

Competition opens for entries on 22^nd August and closes on 2^nd October.

Fee to enter up to two sequences £17, Fee for observers £10
