KCPA Delegates Meeting

Each club that is a member of the KCPA is entitled to send two delegates to the annual delegates meeting. At this meeting all matters which affect the continued progress and success of a club may be discussed, it is also a forum where possible events can be discussed, problems may be resolved. Probably more important is the opportunity to discuss matters with the committee and other club delegates.

The next Delegates meeting is on Saturday 30th November 2024 at Detling Village Hall starting at 2.00 pm. Please make every effort to ensure your two delegates attend so your club is fully informed about KCPA matters and that the things that matter to your club can be discussed.

There are one or two important future events that need your input and decision so we need your attendance!
