KCPA DIAMOND JUBILEE TROPHY RESULTS 2020

Many thanks to all those club members that came along to today's KCPA Diamond Jubilee event 2020.

As always it is nice to catch with and see some familiar faces in our audience. Along with some new faces that had come along to the event for the first time.
Meeting people with a common interest & love of photography is what makes my role within the KCPA so enjoyable.

The KCPA opened its door to our audience members at Ditton Community Centre.

First of all, a warm welcome was given to our judge for the competition Leo Rich. Then all of the 272 images that were entered into the competition was shown via a slideshow.

Our Judge Leo then commented on one image from each of the 34 clubs that entered, commenting on the highest scoring image from each club (less any award-winning images).

We had a short break before commencing with my handing out KCPA affiliated club members CPAGB Certificates and PAGB inter Fed Certificates to those that were in attendance.
It was of particular importance that a PAGB Certificate and Gold Medal was presented to Ian Smith from Faversham and District C.C whose image Mystique did amazingly well in the 2019 competition, his image won the best image and a Gol dPAGB Medal for his monochrome print.
