Club insurance policies are due to be renewed on 1st February 2020.
With effect from this year KCPA can no longer assist Clubs in arranging Public Liability insurance. If Clubs do not arrange their own cover, via brokers Darwin Clayton or otherwise, they will have no Public Liability cover from 1st February.
Information on insurance renewals including Public Liability insurance, Club officer insurance and all other insurance has been sent to Club Secretaries. However, sometimes such correspondence does not reach the right person.
EACH CLUB MUST NOW ARRANGE ALL OF ITS OWN INSURANCES.

Please note that both KCPA and PAGB require affiliated Clubs to have public liability insurance cover in place to safeguard visiting speakers and members of the public. If you choose to arrange your own public liability policy please send evidence of the existence of the policy once it is in place.
